LEGO SOFA delivers across the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Shipping Timeframes

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time is 8-14 business days. Custom-made or out-of-stock items may require additional processing time.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping is completely FREE on all orders. We provide free express shipping on all purchases.

We ship orders via our trusted partners, UPS and DHL.

Packing

Your LEGO SOFA is shipped in a compressed package for easy handling and transport. Unboxing is quick and effortless—simply remove the sofa from the packaging, and it will expand to full size within 5 minutes. No assembly is required—just unpack and enjoy your sofa immediately!

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please document the issue upon delivery and contact us at info@legosofa.com for assistance. In case of a lost shipment, please reach out to us so we can initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.

Address Changes & Returned Shipments

Providing an incorrect or incomplete address may cause delivery delays or result in the package being returned to us. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

Returns & Cancellations

If you wish to return an item, please contact us first to initiate the process. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
