No problem! Follow these steps to return your order quickly and easily.
Please note:
- Returns are only accepted if the order is undamaged and complete.
- If there is an issue with your order or you wish to cancel, please contact us via the help & contact page.
Return Steps:
- Register Your Return:
Submit your return request via the return portal.
2- Packaging:
Place the item in its original packaging and attach the return label to the box.
Returning multiple items? You will receive a separate label for each item. Attach the correct label to the correct box.
Due to different warehouse locations, items must be returned in separate boxes.
If you prefer to use our Pickup Service, you will be informed about the process during your return request.
3- Shipping:
Drop off your package at a designated collection point or use our Pickup Service (depending on your choice).
In the Netherlands, return packages must be delivered to a UPS / DHL drop-off point. Keep your shipping receipt!
For large items (such as a sofa), we will arrange a home pickup. Please make sure to be present at the scheduled pickup time.
- Refund Process:
Once our logistics partner receives your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days (minus return costs) to the original payment method used for your order.
